Announcement: Summer Camp 2009

Date: 29^th May – 1^st June

Venue: Comrie Croft, Crieff

This year will see the 11^th anniversary of our training camp.

If you would like to take part in this 3.5 day training event then simply complete the relevant form to register.

The weekend is packed full of all the elements of Taekwon-Do, training starts at 6am in the morning and classes will continue until 6pm in the evening, there is also the opportunity for you to continue to practice into the night with input from the black belts and senior grades. The venue is set in the heart of the Scottish countryside and each year we have enjoyed ourselves more and more. During the camp you will be part of a team, where everyone will take turns in meal preparation and clean up. The Sunday evening will see our traditional formal meal.

Kids can come and train on Saturday 30th May.
Transport for the children will be leaving very early on Saturday morning: Pick up in St Andrews at 7:00am by the Victory Memorial Hall and 7:30am in Dundee by Harris Academy. Drop off in Dundee will be at 7:00pm and St Andrews 7:30pm.

We will be leaving very early on the Friday morning and returning on the Monday afternoon. Exact times will be confirmed.

If you have never attended a Summer Camp, speak to the senior grades and they will share their experience with you.
If you can’t attend the full weekend (e.g. for those who work), speak to one of the Instructors and they’ll sort something out for you.

Places are limited and it will be a strictly 1^st come 1^st served basis, only a deposit secures your place.

Cost:

1) The all-inclusive package: £150 (or £130 for early birds)

• Accommodation
• Transport to and from pick up points in Dundee and St Andrews
• All meals
• Training

A £50 deposit will secure your place and ensure you pay the full fee no later than the 17^th April 2009.
If you pay your £50 deposit by 12^th December 2008 and the remaining balance by 27^th February 2009 you will be entitled to a £20 discount.

2) If you make your own way: £140 (or £120 for early birds)

• Same as above, minus transport

A £50 deposit will secure your place and ensure you pay the full fee no later than the 17^th April 2009.
If you pay your £50 deposit by 12^th December 2008 and the remaining balance by 27^th February 2009 you will be entitled to a £20 discount.

3) Kids’ training: £45 (or £40 for early birds)

• Transport to and from pick up points in Dundee and St Andrews
• Lunch
• Training

A £15 deposit will secure your place and ensure you pay the full fee no later than the 3^rd April 2009.
If you pay the full amount by 6^th March 2009 you will be entitled to a £5 discount.
